Sessions
Full Sessions:
Full Sessions are 1-2 hours at the location of your choice. Additional time is charged at $50 per hour. Full sessions result in approximately 50 images. The session fee of $175 includes a gallery of all edited images from your session. The Session Fee will be applied towards any print package. The CD of all of the images with printing rights is an additional $300.
Junior Sessions:
Junior Sessions are 1 hour in length at the location of your choice. Additional time is charged at $50 per hour. Junior sessions result in approximately 40 images. The session fee of $125 includes a gallery of all edited images from your session. The Session Fee will be applied towards any print package. The CD of all of the images with printing rights is an additional $300.
Mini Sessions:
Mini Sessions take place on-location. They are 30 minutes in length and include 20-30 images. Additional time is charged at $50 per hour. The session fee of $100 includes a gallery of all edited images from your session. The Session Fee will be applied towards any print package. The CD of all of the images with printing rights is an additional $300.
Note About Mini Sessions:
Please be honest with yourself when choosing the type of session you would like to book. If you book a mini session and request more shooting time, you should be prepared to pay for an upgrade.
Birth Sessions:
Birth coverage is $1500 and includes coverage for the entire event and a DVD of all edited images. Birth clients are eligible for reduced rates on maternity and/or newborn sessions.
Wedding Photography:
Wedding coverage for 2012 starts at $1300. This includes event day coverage and an engagement session. A gallery of all edited images from your session will be provided to help you choose the best selection of pictures for your wedding album.
Newborn Sessions:
Newborn sessions should be booked as a full session as soon as possible after the birth of the baby. Please contact Kathy during your pregnancy to discuss your due date.
Senior Sessions:
Senior sessions should also be booked as full sessions.
The Fine Print:
Texas State sales tax (8.25%) must be charged on all products and services. Out of simple fairness to all of my clients, rates and prices are non-negotiable.
Session Fees are due at time of booking and are non-refundable. If by chance something should occur and we need to reschedule the session, the session fee will be applied to that date as long as session is scheduled within six (6) months of original session date.
Session Fees cover a meeting prior to the session to discuss what you would like (this could be in person, over the phone, or via email), the photographer's time, local travel to and from session, a slideshow viewing of the session, and artistic post-processing of images. Prints and digital files are not included.
Print Packages
If you book your print package at the time of the shoot, I will double the prints in the package for FREE! If you don't use all of the prints for this session, you can roll over the prints and use them towards your next portrait session during the same calendar year.
